Nephtalie Renelique, PMHNP

Practice Style:
My practice style is patient-centered, compassionate, and collaborative. I aim to create a supportive environment where individuals feel heard and respected. I integrate both my family practice and psychiatric training to provide holistic care that addresses physical, emotional, and mental health needs. I am goal-oriented and work with patients to develop individualized treatment plans that promote recovery, resilience, and long-term wellness. I often incorporate motivational interviewing, psychoeducation, and evidence-based interventions to empower patients in their healing journey.

Office Hours:
I offer flexible scheduling to accommodate patients’ needs, including one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) each week and select weekday evenings.

What to Expect at Your Initial Visit:
At your first visit, my goal is to get to know you as a whole person—your history, your current concerns, and what matters most to you. We will review your medical and mental health background, discuss any past treatments or medications, and talk about your goals for care.

The visit usually involves a combination of conversation, questionnaires, and, when needed, lab review. I take a collaborative approach, working with you to create a plan that fits your needs and lifestyle. Together, we will explore treatment options, which may include medications, therapy, or other supportive strategies, and answer any questions you have along the way.

I strive to create a welcoming and non-judgmental space where you feel heard and supported. By the end of the visit, you will have a clear understanding of next steps, recommendations, and follow-up plans. My focus is on helping you feel empowered in your care, supporting your recovery and well-being, and addressing your mental health needs in a way that works for you.
