Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is when patients meet with their therapists in a one-on-one session. It’s the most common form of therapy, because it creates an opportunity to explore the root causes of psychiatric issues as part of a personalized treatment plan. It can be tailored to treat many different conditions, such as learning difficulties, anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, impulse control disorders, obsessive compulsive disorders, post-traumatic stress disorders, and more.
