Obsessive Compulsive Disorders (OCD)

OCD is typically characterized by obsessive thoughts and repetitive behaviors. These behaviors are usually associated with anxiety. It’s most common in teens and young adults, but it can develop in anyone. It’s common that patients identify the fact that they are having irrational and unwanted thoughts and that the behaviors are interfering with their daily activities, however, that doesn’t mean they can break the cycle. OCD can be effectively treated with professional guidance.
